To help us answer quickly, please choose the subject line that matches your message:
- Feedback or tool idea – tell us what you like, what is confusing, or which network tool you would like us to build next.
- Bug report – include the page address, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and your browser and device. A screenshot helps a lot.
- Wrong location – if your IP address shows the wrong city or country, see our guide Why does my IP address show the wrong location? first. We use the DB-IP database and cannot change it directly, but we can tell you how to request a correction.
- Privacy request – to exercise your data protection rights, write “Privacy request” in the subject. Our Privacy Policy explains what we process and what we keep (very little).
- Abuse report – if you believe someone is misusing our tools against your systems, send the time (with time zone), your IP address or domain, and any log lines you have.
- Business and advertising – partnership or API questions are welcome too.

What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you who is behind another person’s IP address, find someone’s home address, or unblock an account on another website. IP addresses only point to an internet provider’s network, and only the provider (usually with a court order) can link an address to a customer. If you are being harassed or threatened online, please contact your local police.
